For the Vital Life Foundation, 2015 was a celebration of extraordinary teamwork—and the unprecedented achievements it inspired.
Nearly $1 million was raised by 1,820 donors—the most of both, ever. Volunteers stepped up in record numbers. Employees contributed like never before, giving more than $160,000 through Spirit Club—all straight from their paychecks, and doubled in impact with matching funds.
Truly, this was a year when each of us—charitable partners and business associates, residents and staff, friends and family, young and old, the helpers and the helped—rose united on a mission far beyond ourselves. We pooled diverse talents and strengths, magnifying our influence with collective action.
We celebrated the future with our 13,250th backpack of school supplies, and the past by sending our 50th veteran on a Journey of Heroes. We helped Santa deliver Meals on Wheels, and used Love and Laughter to fight Alzheimer’s. We bridged generations with Friends of the Children, and created blankets of love for the Ronald McDonald House.
Along the way, we proved that together is better, joining hands and hearts in support of the common cause we share most passionately— adding meaning and vitality to the lives of those living and working in long-term care.
Historic successes and exceptional impact—all made possible through teamwork and the power of commitment. And for that, we thank you.
