- Internships and Administrative Residency Programs
- Administrator In Training Program
Clinical Placements and Experiences
At Marquis and Consonus we are dedicated to educating future clinical experts in senior care, because we know there is nothing more critical to our field’s success than ensuring we have enough qualified professionals to take care of our patients.
We work with StudentMax Connections (SMC) Clinical Placement Consortium in hospitals and University Networks to coordinate clinical rotations for NA, LPN and RN students. Our dedicated Education Coordinator will work tirelessly to ensure your students have a seamless experience in a placement that is just right for them.
Internships and Administrative Residency Programs
The Marquis Internship (10-12 weeks) and Administrative Residency Programs (6-12 months) are the first step on a path of lifelong learning and future leadership as a Marquis team member. These programs are critical talent pipelines into our “Peak Pathways” Career Development journey, and we are invested in ensuring that you get as much from your experience as we gain from having you be a part of it.
During these paid programs, you’ll participate in immersive and experiential job rotations through every department so that you can see just how our business runs from every aspect. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience our incredible culture as you work on meaningful projects and events. You can apply for an internship opportunity (offered year-round) through our Careers page and dive head first into the career of a lifetime.
Administrator In Training Program
Our Administrator in Training (AIT) program allows us to organically develop the natural talents of future leaders. In this hands-on experience AITs learn how each department functions, working side-by-side with employees in our facilities. These experiences develop resourceful future Administrators who understand the day-to-day challenges of their employees, and know how the business works from all aspects while also learning to evaluate operational efficacy, compliance and quality. AIT candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in order to be placed into the program. Upon completion of the AIT program, candidates must sit for State and Federal licensing exams.
