Marquis Companies is honored to receive the first long term care COVID-19 vaccinations in Oregon from our sister company, Consonus Pharmacy. The first senior to receive the life-saving vaccine is Ed Johann, a Pearl Harbor survivor and veteran. The shot culminated with a round of applause full of optimism and hope. Phil Fogg, CEO of Marquis Companies and Consonus Healthcare, shares his thoughts on this momentous day, “I think the vaccine is the first step in reconnecting our families with the residents.” While we understand this doesn’t change stringent infection control and visitation protocols in senior care facilities around the nation, we know it is the first step on the road to recovery.
