Employee Referral Program Rules and Restrictions

To be eligible to receive the Employee Referral Program Bonus:

You (the referrer):

  • Must be a regular, full-time, part-time or on-call employee of Marquis, AgeRight, or Consonus at the time of the referral as well as at the time of the bonus payout date.
  • Must submit an Employee Referral Form to your supervisor with the candidate’s information on or before the referral’s hire date.
  • Cannot be a Hiring Manager, Director, Administrator, Human Resource Employee, Staffing Coordinator, Education Department, Corporate Recruiter, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, or General Manager.

AND

They (the referral):

  • Must be applying and hired for a full-time (30 or more hours a week) position. Internships are not eligible for this program.
  • Must state “Employee Referral” on their application.
  • Cannot be a current Marquis, AgeRight, or Consonus employee or working at Marquis, AgeRight, or Consonus as a contractor or temporary employee.
  • Cannot be a prior employee of Marquis, AgeRight, or Consonus within the last twenty-four months of the referral date.

 Program Guidelines

  • The full bonus will be paid after the new employee has been in their position for 180 calendar days.
  • If the new employee leaves during the 180-calendar days respectively, no bonus will be awarded, whether the new employee terminates employment voluntarily or is terminated by the company.
  • NA Class referrals that are hired into full-time CNA positions post-licensure, will qualify for the CNA referral bonus. Bonus will be issued 180-days post receipt of licensure.
  • The new employee must be in good standing at the time of the payout.
  • When duplicate referral forms are submitted for the same open position, the first referral will receive the bonus award if the eligible referral is hired.
  • Bonuses are eligible across business lines.
  • Marquis, AgeRight or Consonus reserves the right to revise, change, or cancel this program at any time.
