As a Marquis nurse in a fast-paced senior care environment, you’ll use every aspect of your training and skills. In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll serve patients at all acuity levels, and will have a voice with their physicians and therapists. Nurses often find that the relationships, rewards, and growth opportunities are greater in senior care than in other health care settings—including hospitals.

Are you a hands-on and self-motivated leader, seeking the trust and autonomy to run your own senior care facility? As a Marquis administrator, you’ll lead a diverse interdisciplinary team, with responsibility for all aspects of operations. Your toolkit will include established clinical procedures proven to yield optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction. All within a culture that prioritizes your personal and professional growth.
