At Marquis Care at Wilsonville, we specialize in providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation to help clients recover after a major illness, surgery, or accident.

Clients staying with us have access to:

• Medical care and oversight provided by our Interdisciplinary Team, including Licensed Nurses 24 hours a day, all in coordination with your Physician(s).
• Innovative therapeutic techniques provided by highly skilled Licensed Therapy Staff from Consonus Healthcare Services, as ordered by your physician (including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy), including but not limited to:
  • Accelerated Care Plus – use of state of the art ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and pulse shortwave equipment to maximize potential – Email or call for more information.
  • Vital Stimulation - non-invasive, external electrical stimulation designed to treat swallowing difficulties/dysphagia.
  • Stand Strong – designed to reduce the frequency and severity of falls, and to enhance balance.
• A Care Coordinator dedicated to promoting a smooth admission and discharge process, as well as working with your insurance company as needed throughout your stay.
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (dressing, bathing, etc.) as determined by each person’s individual needs, and provided by a team of Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Selective Dining Services for each meal, and snacks available throughout the day, all in accordance with your physician ordered diet.
• Comprehensive activity offerings, focused on a holistic approach to recovery.
• Utilities (including telephone and cable services for skilled nursing and rehabilitation clients)
• Award Winning Housekeeping and Laundry Services
• Wireless Internet Access
• Temporary Transitional Care as available and requested at our Assisted Living Facility, prior to returning home (please ask for more detail).

We are pleased to offer a Campus Continuum of Care including not only skilled nursing and rehabilitation, but Assisted Living (see Vintage Suites at Wilsonville) and Long Term Care Placements for those unable to return home. • For skilled nursing and rehabilitative services we are pleased to accept Medicare, as well as numerous Managed Care Contracts, some of which include:

  • Cigna And many more. Please call to inquire or speak with the Discharge Planner at the hospital where you are staying. We also have the ability request specialized ‘one-time’ contracts from other insurance plans per individual request.
• For long term care placement we accept both Private pay and Medicaid, and can work with your Long Term Care Insurance Policy-Holder if applicable.
