KRCR-TV, Feb 14 2018 – The Vital Life Foundation, in partnership with Wish of a Lifetime, came together to organize a cupid crew delivery in Redding for Valentine’s Day. Residents at Marquis Shasta were each surprised with a red rose as well as food, small gifts and a photo booth in the cafeteria.
