Post Acute Rehab

The security that comes with 24-hour care

Sometimes people need a bit more help to get along. Post Acute Rehab Facilities — also known as nursing homes — are the most comprehensive option for residents who need continual care. They provide 24-hour medical care by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs or LVNs), and Certified Nurses' Aides under physician supervision. A Post Acute Rehab facility usually offers two levels of care: Long Term and Rehabilitation.
