Twenty years later, his portfolio includes over two dozen post acute rehab facilities and assisted living homes in Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada, as well as the largest privately held home health/home care company in Oregon.
A fourth-generation senior care professional, Mr. Fogg graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Care Administration and then obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
His proudest achievement at Marquis has been creating a strong, positive corporate culture that promotes vitality both in clients and staff members.
Mr. Fogg is past president of the Oregon Health Care Association, which represents the interests of 300 Oregon Post Acute Rehab and Assisted Living facilities, as well as a former board member of the AHCA, the Oregon Gerentological Association and various Senior Citizens boards.
Phil has three sons, Chris, 24; Drew, 23; and Zach, 18. He loves skiing, water skiing, race cars, reading and dabbling in the world of travel with his wife Angie.
