She currently oversees the clinical and fiscal operations of post acute rehab and assisted living facilities as well as working with the home office support team on strategic planning initiatives.
She gains great satisfaction from working with administrators to help them discover their full potential, and that of their team members. Her formal education in social work and health care administration have provided her with the skills she needs to plan and problem-solve effectively from a systems perspective.
Outside of her work at Marquis, Beth volunteers with international organizations that coordinate health care services for underserved communities. She’s worked in El Salvador, Mexico and the United States.
She enjoys travel, art, and spending time with her husband John, her family and friends.
