Our Services

We provide the following services for all of our residents:

• Spacious, unique studio apartments and large, one and two bedroom apartments
• 24-hour nursing staff assistance including medication assistance
• 3 Meals a day with choice of entrée
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry service
• Beauty shop in-house for your convenience
• Common areas including library, multi-purpose room and private dining room for family gatherings
• Emergency call light system and interactive intercom system
• Activity program that offers a wide variety of choices
• A luxury coach van for both social and medical appointments
• Individualized heating and air conditioning
• Conveniently located on a multi-level senior campus
• Safety assessment to assist in maximum independence

Our Rates

Admission Fee $500

Your monthly rent includes a full package of services such as housekeeping, trained staff around the clock, choice of entrée at every meal, some transportation and a variety of recreational activities. All apartments are rented on a monthly basis. All utilities, except your private telephone and monthly cable charges, are included in your monthly rental fee. 

Levels

Level I is designed for residents who are independent, and includes:

• No assistance with activities of daily living
• 3 Meals per day
• Laundry and Housekeeping Services 1x / week
• Transportation to medical appointments Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Full Activity Program

Level II includes all services outlined in Level 1, plus:

• Assistance with routine oral medications up to 4 times per day
• Meal time reminders
• Assistance with showering 1x / week

Level III includes all services outlined in Levels 1 and 2, plus:

• Assistance with showering 2x / week OR 1 whirlpool bath per week
• Occasional assistance to and from meals
• Assistance with oral medications 5 or more times per day
• Obtaining routine vital signs
• Supervision of anticoagulant treatment

Level IV includes all services outlined in Levels 1, 2 and 3, plus:

• Assistance to and from meals and activities daily
• Daily assistance with dressing
• Assistance with incontinence management
• Ostomy Care
• Catheter Care
• 2 Whirlpool baths per week
• Behavioral supervision and management
• Diabetic supervision
• Assistance with diabetic medication management
• Assist with 1 person transfers routinely
• Supervision of complex anticoagulant treatment
• Specialty and textured diets including Mechanical Soft Diet

Advanced Care and Additional Services are available for additional charges

Special needs, services and fees are based on individual requirements for care and availability of services. An example of special needs is a resident requiring assistance with eating, or one-on-one exercise routinely. Special needs, services and fees will be discussed and assessed in your personalized service plan prior to move in and as needed thereafter.

Advanced Care

You’ve got things to do and we’re here to support you!

We understand you'd prefer to stay in assisted living as long as possible. That’s why we are introducing 'Advanced Care', providing you an opportunity to remain in the Assisted Living setting. You can feel confident knowing that intermittent services are available on an individual basis. Our primary considerations are the needs of our residents and the overall resources of our community. Please contact the Administrator for specific information. 

Advanced Care includes all services in Level 4 plus any of the below:

• Two-person transfers and transfers via approved transfer equipment
• Complex diets requiring Licensed Nurse supervision as determined by staff (including puree, dysphagia mechanical soft, thickened liquids, etc.)
• Enteral feeding management

Additional Services (can be added to any level of care):

Based upon availability of services and assessment

• Assistance with eating (3 meals daily)
• 1 on 1 daily exercise (FIT Program)
• Behaviors that require additional staff
• Additional showers above 2 per week
• Additional whirlpool bath above 2 per week
• Injections
• Delegated complex wound care
