Rates by Service Level

*Category B Residents will be charged an additional $150 per month.

Your monthly rent includes a full package of services such as housekeeping, trained staff around the clock, choice of entrée at every meal, some transportation and a variety of recreational activities. All apartments are rented on a monthly basis. All utilities, except your private telephone, are included in your monthly rental fee.

Routine Services

Marquis Butte Assisted Living monthly rates include the following Level I services:

• Three daily meals with an entree choice 
• Personal care staff on premise 24 hours a day
• Licensed health care coordinator
• Weekly housekeeping and bed linen service
• All utilities except telephone
• Basic cable television
• Planned social events
• Community scheduled transportation
• Apartment maintenance
• Nurse on site 24 hours a day

Levels of Service

Our apartment lifestyle offers personal care and service options. You and the staff of Marquis Butte determine your needs through the Assessment and Cooperative Service Planning process. A conference will be held shortly before your move-in and will take place routinely, or as your care needs or preferences change. These conferences result in the determination of a Level of Service (Levels I-V). Service may include:

• Escort to meals and activities
• Toileting and incontinence management
• Bathing assistance
• Dressing and personal grooming assistance
• Daytime or nighttime personal assistance
• Medication assistance
• Dining service and special diets
• Health management
• Enhanced housekeeping services
• Personal laundry services

Advanced Care and Additional Services are available for additional charges

Special needs, services and fees are based on individual requirements for care and availability of services. An example of special needs is a resident requiring assistance with eating, or one-on-one exercise routinely. Special needs, services and fees will be discussed and assessed in your personalized service plan prior to move in and as needed thereafter. Restorative exercise program available for additional charge.

Advanced Care

You’ve got things to do and we’re here to support you! We understand you'd prefer to stay in assisted living as long as possible. That’s why we are introducing 'Advanced Care', providing you an opportunity to remain in the Assisted Living setting. You can feel confident knowing that intermittent services are available on an individual basis. Our primary considerations are the needs of our residents and the overall resources of our community. Please contact the Administrator for specific information.
